A mudra is a symbolic hand gesture and finger posture that acts as a non-verbal mode of communication and expression.

The Karana mudra is popular within the Buddhist and other traditions. It refers to a symbolic protection gesture to keep away from evil and other negative influences.

Karana mudra fosters positive emotions like contentment and helps practitioners on their path towards awakening.

May you fully awaken in this very life.
